Shipping policy

Shipping Processing time varies with each puzzle.

If your puzzle order is Not ready for shipping. 
I need 15 to 30 days to prepare, cut the puzzle, and ship.

I'm shipping Colissimo from France.

Delivery time is usually 14 to 30 business days, in regular time of the year. Allow more during busy Christmas season. 
I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. 

Shipping rules:
Orders $300 and over - Free shipping.
Orders under $300 Standard shipping - Rates will depend on your location.
Departing taxes from France are covered by Puzzlapy if shipped outside of France. 
I'm using what is called DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). 

You are responsible for:
- Buyers are responsible for any additional customs and import taxes that may apply for delivery. But with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) this shouldn't happen.
- Return expenses if that applies.
